“Blue Moon” is a lovely new indie folk song by Abraham, or Sydney Batters, an outstanding Canadian singer.
A highlight of this composition is Sydney’s work with her gorgeous deep voice, because she knows exactly when to sing delicately and when to show the vocal power and still keep the subtle mood. Gentle guitar playing sounds very warm, and along with the vocals, builds the most fragile atmosphere. The melodic images of “Blue Moon” will take you away from your troubles to the beautiful world of music. Abraham, with her gift for creating such fabulous songs, is definitely the one to watch.
