UK singer-songwriter Rumer shared a wonderful new take on her single “Saving Grace,” originally released in 2010. The song will be part of the forthcoming project “In Session,” a new rendition of the artist’s debut album “Seasons Of My Soul,” thus celebrating its 15th anniversary.
By layering the track’s folk foundation with an elegant new arrangement, soul and adult contemporary vibes, Rumer achieves boundless sonic warmth. The composition, just like the whole record, was created in collaboration with Redtenbacher’s Funkestra, who brought so many tender nuances with their incredible instrumental work. The soothing keys and guitars, along with the soft rhythm section, support Rumer’s charming vocal performance, imbued with sophistication and nostalgia.
