Irish band The Altered Hours shared the brilliant lead single from their upcoming self-titled album, out on September 26.
“Lay There With You” exudes a magnetic indie / psychedelic rock spirit with a sophisticated Americana flavor. As if emerging from a mystical wilderness, the track sounds enchantingly beautiful. The breezy guitars, lulling organ, and persistent rhythm section weave enthralling patterns. And the confident vocals give the song a rather spectacular retro character.
