Los Angeles singer-songwriter June Swoon presented her excellent new EP “Big Truck” with the lovely opener.
“Denver” tells the story of the artist’s life on the road and commitment to freedom. The warm, enveloping guitar lines unfold over the gentle rhythm section. Swoon’s passionate, sincere vocals guide the song, conveying inner peace but also longing. With its nostalgic country charm, the track sounds very absorbing.
