France-based singer-songwriter Melissa Weikart presented her cinematic new album, “Contact,” with the stunning title track.
Glowing with its tender and enigmatic aura, the song gradually unfolds into a scenic piece. The light piano guides the composition, giving way to an engaging dynamic in the second half. In her magnetic, ethereal voice, the artist sings about a “desire to seek authentic connection.” The smooth and graceful pace of “Contact” feels hypnotizing.
